A message for our Customers
We know this is a really strange time for everyone RN, but we want to continue providing you with a moment of escapism. So, we're doing all we can to keep Bunaai here for you by following all Government guidance, while it advises online retail to stay open for the good of the economy, to protect jobs and to help people to stay at home.
But our priority through this remains our staff and customers' wellbeing, which is why you'll see some changes to delivery options and the Bunaai website. At Bunaai, we take our role in the fight against coronavirus incredibly seriously. I want to be crystal clear that the health, safety and welfare of our people is my number one priority, and we are taking decisive action to keep our people safe during this difficult time.
Below, we have provided more details about the measures we have taken to ensure safety in our workplace, to offer further reassurance to anyone who needs this. In the last few weeks, we have turned the way our business operates upside down. We’re all adapting and learning new ways of working, and we’ve asked our employees to take greater responsibility for their actions and for maintaining social distance inside and outside of work. As Government advice continues to develop, we will maintain the high standards we have already put in place throughout our business.

We are now serving only prepaid orders of all our products starting from 18th May 2020 in Red Orange & Green Zones . Due to the strict social distancing measures we’ve put in place at our fulfilment centre, our delivery times are a little longer than normal. The deliveries and pickups by courier companies are slow at the moment, So please be patient. Delivery to containment zones will remain halted until further updates.
